Pleasedo not submit detailed medical records, Social Security numbers, account passwords, or other information that EaseWell has not specifically requested.

For vendor coordination, information shared may include the client’s name, contact information, service address, requested service, scheduling details, and necessary access instructions. We do not provide vendors with unrelated client information.

Third-party providers may maintain their own privacy policies and information-handling practices.

4. Payments

Payments made through the website are processed by Squarespace and its payment partners. Payment providers may collect the payment and billing information necessary to complete a transaction.

When an ACH payment or another payment method is arranged separately, information will be collected and used only as reasonably necessary to process and document that payment.
