Terms of Use

Effective Date: June 22, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the EaseWell Concierge Services LLC website. By using this website, submitting a form, creating an account, or otherwise interacting with the website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice.

About EaseWell

EaseWell Concierge Services LLC (“EaseWell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides non-medical concierge, companionship, errand, transportation, household-support, and service-coordination services.
Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes. It is not medical, nursing, legal, tax, financial, mental-health, or emergency advice.
EaseWell is not an emergency service. Call 911 or the appropriate emergency provider when immediate assistance is needed.

Service Requests and Payments

Submitting a consultation request, intake form, or other website form does not guarantee acceptance, availability, or scheduling of services.
EaseWell will review the request and contact the person submitting it before services are scheduled or payment is accepted. Services are not purchased or booked solely by submitting a website form.
Before receiving services, the Client or authorized Responsible Party may be required to:

  • Complete an intake or consultation;

  • Provide necessary authorizations;

  • Sign EaseWell’s separate Service Agreement; and

  • Pay applicable fees or provide an approved payment method.

The signed Service Agreement governs the actual services provided. If these Terms conflict with the signed Service Agreement concerning client services, the Service Agreement controls.

Website Information

EaseWell makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, service descriptions, pricing, availability, service areas, business hours, policies, and other information may change.
Website content does not constitute a guarantee that a particular service, employee, vendor, appointment time, membership, or transportation request will be available. Final service details and charges will be confirmed before payment or service.

Eligibility and Authority

Anyone may view the general website. However, you must be at least 18 years old to:

  • Enter into an agreement with EaseWell;

  • Purchase or authorize services;

  • Create a customer account; or

  • Submit legally binding authorizations.

When requesting services for another person, you represent that you have that person’s permission or appropriate legal authority to provide the information and arrange services.
Information concerning a minor must be submitted by a parent, guardian, or legally authorized adult.

Customer Accounts

EaseWell may offer customer accounts in the future. If you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information;

  • Keeping your login information confidential;

  • Preventing unauthorized access to your account; and

  • Promptly notifying EaseWell of suspected unauthorized activity.

You may not impersonate another person, create an account without permission, or use another person’s account.
EaseWell may suspend or close an account when reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, misuse, nonpayment, or violation of these Terms.

Acceptable Website Use

You agree not to use the website to:

  • Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful information;

  • Interfere with the website’s operation or security;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account or system;

  • Upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful material;

  • Collect information about other users without authorization;

  • Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm another person;

  • Submit confidential information belonging to someone else without permission;

  • Copy or use website content for unauthorized commercial purposes; or

  • Use the website in violation of applicable law.

EaseWell may restrict access or remove submitted content that violates these Terms.

Reviews, Feedback, and Other Submissions

You may voluntarily submit reviews, testimonials, suggestions, comments, photographs, or other content to EaseWell or through a third-party platform such as Google.

You agree that anything submitted will be truthful, based on your genuine experience, and will not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property rights, or other legal rights.

EaseWell will not publish an identifiable client testimonial, photograph, or personal story on its website or promotional materials without appropriate permission.

Reviews submitted through Google or another third-party platform are also subject to that platform’s terms and policies.

Referral Discounts and Special Offers

EaseWell may occasionally offer referral discounts or other special offers. Each offer may have separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, limitations, or conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Discounts have no cash value;

  • Discounts cannot be transferred or combined;

  • A referral must result in an eligible new Client before a benefit is earned; and

  • EaseWell may modify or discontinue future offers.

Changes will not remove a referral benefit that has already been properly earned and confirmed.

Third-Party Services and Links

The website may connect or link to third-party services, including Squarespace, payment processors, Google, DocuSign, Jotform, electronic-signature providers, maps, or independent vendor websites.

These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. EaseWell does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, content, policies, or performance of websites and services it does not operate.

A link does not necessarily mean EaseWell endorses every statement, product, or service offered by the third party.

Intellectual Property

The EaseWell name, logo, branding, website design, written content, graphics, photographs, forms, and other original website materials are owned by or licensed to EaseWell and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and print website materials for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially use EaseWell’s website content without prior written permission.

Privacy and Electronic Communications

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Notice.

When you contact EaseWell electronically, submit an online form, create an account, or use an electronic-signature platform, you consent to receive service-related communications electronically, including emails, forms, confirmations, agreements, invoices, and notices.

This consent does not automatically enroll you in promotional marketing.

Florida generally recognizes electronic records, contracts, and signatures when the parties agree to conduct the transaction electronically.

Website Availability and Disclaimer

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. EaseWell does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from technical problems.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EaseWell disclaims warranties relating solely to the operation and use of the website. This website disclaimer does not replace or change any obligations stated in a signed Service Agreement.

Limitation of Website Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EaseWell will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the website;

  • Temporary website outages;

  • Third-party websites or platforms;

  • Unauthorized use caused by your failure to protect account credentials; or

  • Reliance on general website information instead of obtaining appropriate professional or emergency assistance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, material violation of these Terms, submission of information without proper authority, or infringement of another person’s rights.

This provision does not require you to indemnify EaseWell for EaseWell’s own gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

The parties agree to first make a good-faith effort to resolve a website-related dispute informally. Unless otherwise required by law, any legal action concerning these Terms will be brought in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived. Florida law prohibits unfair, unconscionable, and deceptive practices in trade or commerce.

Changes to These Terms

EaseWell may update these Terms when its website, services, technology, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Changes apply prospectively and do not alter an already signed Service Agreement unless the parties separately agree in writing.

Severability and Entire Website Terms

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

These Terms and the Privacy Notice govern use of the website. A separate signed Service Agreement governs the provision of EaseWell services.
